Did some praying to Buddha during my trip to Beijing for some motivation. It kind of worked. Grateful for it too.
Anyhow, Tatsuki here is for story purposes (mainly and so far only by ED3765 because there is no one else out there who have fun OCs to have my own OCs to pair with and alleghany71 was one but he does not really write anymore). Otherwise, I would not have bothered to create her. That said, read on you "Fave and Run dA clowns".

Life Story: Tatsuki was just an ordinary high school girl going through her high school life when she got bullied to the point that she could not take it. Instead of seeking help from the useless teachers and principal, Tatsuki went for her parents instead. Her father taught her Jujutsu whereas her mother taught her Karate.
While those self defense lessons were effective, Tatsuki felt an urge that she wanted more.
As a result, she went through several more training from those she know.
Her uncle from her father's side taught Tatsuki the Judo arts, her aunt also from her father's side taught her Taekwondo.
Her uncle from her mother's side taught her Wing Chun whereas her aunt on her mother's side taught her Kickboxing.
Other than learning from them, Tatsuki learned Jeet Kun Do which she would use the most.
Now unbeatable, at least by her bullies, Tatsuki went on studying in order to graduate and then studied at college, also graduating it.
Some time in those studying years of hers, she met Black Cheer and Blue Moon Rider, the renown heroines who also were studying at the time.
Her martial arts skills proved useful for the two who allowed Tatsuki to join them which she accepted, giving herself the heroine name of Silver Dragon and became great friends with them.
After graduating from college, Tatsuki found herself a stable job which is that of a singer as she loves to sing but she also loves to play musical instruments, mainly the piano.
Also bought a Private Yacht which she treats as her home instead of staying in a house or so which she shares with Yuriko and Chitose who in turn respectively shared their Caravan and Private Jet and is friends with President Tracy who shares her luxurious Private Helicopter with everyone.
About Him/Her
Personality, Good Habit(s), Bad Habit, Like(s) & Dislike(s) & Hobbies: When putting on a show, Tatsuki acts nice, caring and so. When as her Silver Dragon alter ego, Tatsuki acts strict and serious towards especially towards her enemies, except with Black Cheer and Blue Moon Rider or those who she deems as friends.
Being the typical martial artist with honor and all that, Tatsuki always bows. Also greets people properly. Her bad habits include being too serious, almost having no sense of humor, being a Dragon Lady and all.
She likes to play the piano which she considers one of her hobbies and really dislikes it like when she sings, people cause commotions like a fight among her audiences or when she is playing the piano, she really dislikes noises unless it is during a party or so.
Fear(s): Just like many other heroines, Tatsuki fears that her identity will be blown. Also fears of stereotypical fears or phobias like bugs especially tarantulas or snakes especially those big ones like pythons or dangerous ones like King Cobras.
Strength(s) & Weakness(es): Tatsuki's greatest strength is her unpredictability when it comes to martial arts as she is fast with her hands and feet but not as fast as the legendary Bruce Lee though fast enough like Ip Man's Wing Chun strikes.
Stamina is not her friend but she has enough to last a tough fight or battle without tiring out and she is not that good when it comes to underwater stamina when she trained herself as part of her training to increase it even if a little at a tome.
When it comes to teamwork, Tatsuki can do that although she can do just fine when fighting alone.

Martial Arts: It is a given, being a martial artist and all. Her favorite fighting style is Jeet Kun Do and she uses a pair of Nunchaku to fight.
Quadrilingual: Aside from Japanese, Tatsuki also knows English, Mandarin and Korean. Among all, she speaks English and Japanese the most.
